Wentzville Band Boosters is a non-profit organization with a Public Charity status that supports all of the band and guard programs at Wentzville Holt High School. Feel free to use the linked tool and search our organization to see the most updated documents: IRS Exempt Organization Status.

The organization is made up of band parents involved in many aspects of the band functions, from uniform maintenance and coordination to moving the pit instruments on and off the field to setting chairs for concerts to organizing the numerous fundraisers throughout the year. Every parent of a Wentzville Holt Band or Color Guard Member is a Band Booster! There is nothing to fill out or money to pay. We hope you consider becoming an active member of the booster organization to help ensure that your student has the best experience possible as a member of the Wentzville Holt Band Program.

When are the Meetings?

Booster Member Meetings occur on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the Holt HS Band Room. They review band booster financial and operational business, address any issues that are impacting the bands and booster operation, topics brought to the booster board’s attention prior to the meeting is discussed, such as fundraising and planning events. All booster members are encouraged to attend these meetings. Please check the calendar for meeting dates and times.

Our goals:

• To encourage students to strive for excellence in the art of music and develop band spirit
• To give optimistic and positive support to the Band Director(s) and all members of the band
• To provide operational and logistical support to the band program through volunteerism
• To provide financial support through fundraising
• To develop community awareness of the efforts of the band students and appreciation for their achievements
