There will be a Volunteer Information meeting Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the band room at Holt High School

The Parent's Meetings are the chance for all to interact and exchange information as a larger group. Everyone is invited to attend and participate. Typically these meetings last less than one hour. Check out past meeting minutes for an idea of the general structure to the meetings.

The Wentzville Holt Band Boosters is an organization intended to support the Wentzville Holt High School Band program through volunteer work and financial support. Every parent of a Wentzville Holt Band or Color Guard Member is a Band Booster. There is nothing to fill out our money to pay.

The organization is just a group of band parents involved in many aspects of the band functions from uniform maintenance and coordination to moving the pit instruments on and off the field to setting chairs for concerts to organizing the numerous fundraisers throughout the year. We are always looking for more help. If you feel like you want to contribute no skills are needed. Feel free to talk to any of the officers listed below or attend one of the monthly Band Boosters meetings on the second Tuesday of each month in the band room at 7:00 pm. The side doors at the auditorium by the portable classrooms should be open before the meeting.

Charms Office Assistant

Log in to your students account today!

Charms Office Assistant is now our full online accounting and organization system. Your student was sent home with information that contained their personal login ID. You can now use this ID to log into Charms by going to www.charmsoffice.com If you do not have your students ID please email the Booster Secretary at secretary@holtbands.org.

Once you are logged in you can check on your students account, view their uniform information, verify what forms have been turned in and more. Please verify that all of the contact information is correct. The email addresses with each student will be what is used for future notices.

An important feature we are using within Charms will be the calendar. This is your opportunity to keep up with event schedules and volunteer needs. Please take the time to look through the dates and volunteer for those events you have expressed interest in. For more information on volunteering, including all of the necessary forms for the School District go to the Volunteer page.

Online Payments

You can now pay all of your band fees online through Charms. The system uses our secure Paypal system. You don't need to have a Paypal account. You can use any major credit card and pay any amount. Simply log into your student's account on Charms Office Assistant and click on the "Finances" icon. This takes you to your student's financial statement. At this point you can click on any of the payment buttons. This service is available to you at no charge.
